Policies

At RCVRY, we aim to provide the highest level of care to all clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness, please take note of the following policies.

Booking & Payments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the appointment, depending on the agreed terms.

  • We accept online payments via Stripe.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • Rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of the original time are subject to a 50% charge.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full. This policy is in place to respect our time and ensure availability for other clients.

Late Arrivals

 

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

 

Injury & Medical History

  • Please provide accurate medical history and injury details during your assessment to ensure safe and effective treatment.

  • If you experience any new symptoms or changes in your condition, inform us before your session.

Contact & Communication

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent via email. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
